PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing or using the Club Allenby website, attending an event, submitting any form, calling Agent Matcha, or engaging with Club Allenby on social media platforms, you (“You,” “User,” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, entered into by and between you and 1084 Events LLC d/b/a Club Allenby (“Club Allenby”).
1. Participation & Profile Inclusion
By attending a Club Allenby event, filling out an intake form, calling Agent Matcha, joining a waitlist, or following us on Instagram or other platforms, you agree to be included in our internal events and matchmaking database. This means you may:
• Be considered for curated matchmaking or event invitations
• Receive email and SMS marketing, announcements, or reminders from Club Allenby
By submitting your information, you expressly consent to receive marketing and communication from Club Allenby. You may opt out or request profile removal at any time by contacting us at info@cluballenby.com.
2. Membership Overview
Club Allenby offers both free and paid tiers of membership to accommodate a variety of participation levels:
Free Membership: Anyone who attends an event, submits an intake form, calls Agent Matcha, or engages with our brand (e.g., via Instagram) is automatically added to our internal database and may receive invitations to events, access community updates, and be considered for matchmaking opportunities at Club Allenby’s discretion.
Paid Membership: Paid members receive elevated benefits, which may include access to curated matchmaking introductions, private or members-only events, feedback and support from our team, and priority consideration within our network.
All membership offerings, structures, and benefits are subject to change at any time at Club Allenby’s sole discretion. Participation in paid services may require an application, interview, or screening process. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
2A. Event Access & Discretion
Club Allenby reserves the right to accept or deny any individual from attending events or participating in services at its sole discretion. This includes removing attendees from guest lists, denying entry at the door, or revoking invitations — with or without prior notice.
Reasons for denied access may include, but are not limited to:
• Violation of Club Allenby’s Code of Conduct
• Prior inappropriate behavior or complaints
• Overcapacity or curated guest list limitations
• Failure to meet event-specific criteria (e.g., age, relationship status, membership tier)
All decisions are final and made in the best interest of the community experience.
2B. Agent Matcha — AI Intake Agent
Club Allenby operates Agent Matcha, an AI-powered voice intake agent available at +1 (786) 998-6661 and agentmatcha.ai. Agent Matcha conducts intake calls on behalf of Club Allenby to build your matchmaking profile.
By calling Agent Matcha or otherwise engaging with the Agent Matcha platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Your call will be recorded and transcribed to accurately build your matchmaking profile.
• Everything you share on the call — including your background, lifestyle, relationship history, preferences, and what you’re looking for — will be used to create a polished profile and AI-generated summary.
• That profile and summary may be shared with (a) professional matchmakers in the Club Allenby and Agent Matcha network worldwide, including when Agent Matcha operates as a standalone matchmaking platform, who may consider you as a candidate for one of their clients, and/or (b) potential matches identified for you directly within our database. This sharing applies whether you engaged with Agent Matcha as part of Club Allenby or through the Agent Matcha platform directly.
• Agent Matcha will never share your direct contact information (phone number or email) with matchmakers or other singles without your explicit prior consent.
• Any introduction — whether facilitated by a matchmaker or identified directly by Agent Matcha — will always be presented to you first. You will always have the opportunity to say yes or no before any introduction moves forward.
• Post-introduction, Agent Matcha may follow up with you to collect feedback on your experience. This feedback is used to improve matching accuracy and platform quality.
• You may opt out of Agent Matcha’s database at any time by contacting us at info@cluballenby.com.
3. Sexual Harassment & Liability
Club Allenby has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, intimidation, or misconduct. By participating in any events or services, you agree to behave respectfully toward others.
Club Allenby is not responsible for:
• The behavior or background of other participants
• The outcomes of personal interactions or romantic relationships
• Any emotional, physical, or financial harm that may arise
All engagement with other participants is voluntary and at your own risk.
4. Media Consent & Photo Release
By attending Club Allenby events or participating in services, you grant permission for your likeness to be captured and used by Club Allenby for promotional and marketing purposes.
This includes use of:
• Event photography and videography
• Social media and website content
• Advertising and press
You waive any right to compensation or approval. If you wish to request content removal, contact us with specific details. We will make reasonable efforts but cannot guarantee removal of already-published content.
4A. Social Media Features (Close Friends Story Consent)
As part of our community engagement, Club Allenby may feature select profiles on private Instagram “Close Friends” stories to highlight eligible singles from our network. This content is visible only to approved followers and is curated solely from individuals who have provided explicit consent during the intake process.
By opting in via your intake form, you grant Club Allenby permission to feature limited details (e.g., first name, city, age, brief description) and photos provided by you. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us in writing.
5. Code of Conduct
You agree to:
• Treat all members, matches, and staff with courtesy
• Provide honest and timely feedback when requested
• Refrain from sharing private information or screenshots
• Avoid any harassment, stalking, or inappropriate behavior
Violation of this section may result in immediate removal from the Club Allenby community.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your personal information and profile data are kept confidential and used only within the scope of Club Allenby’s services. You agree not to distribute or disclose other members’ information under any circumstance.
6A. Matchmaking Inclusion & Consent
By attending a Club Allenby event, submitting your information via an intake form, or calling Agent Matcha, you understand that your profile may be considered for potential matches as part of our personalized matchmaking process, or may be shared with professional matchmakers in the Club Allenby and Agent Matcha network worldwide as described in Section 2B above. This applies whether Agent Matcha is operating as part of Club Allenby or as a standalone matchmaking platform.
If a compatibility match is identified, an introduction may be facilitated by Club Allenby or Agent Matcha. This introduction includes:
• Your first name
• A curated profile summary based on the information you submitted
• Photos provided through your intake form, taken at Club Allenby events, or publicly available on social media
Your contact information (email or phone number) is never shared without your prior written consent. If both parties express interest in connecting, Club Allenby or Agent Matcha will facilitate the next steps.
If you prefer not to be considered for matchmaking, you may opt out at any time by contacting us in writing. Sharing, screenshotting, or reaching out independently to someone you were introduced to via Club Allenby or Agent Matcha without our facilitation is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the network.
6B. SMS, WhatsApp & Email Communications Consent
By submitting your information, attending an event, calling Agent Matcha, or otherwise participating in Club Allenby’s services, you expressly consent to receive communications from 1084 Events LLC d/b/a Club Allenby and Agent Matcha via SMS text message, WhatsApp, and email. This section governs how we communicate with you and your rights regarding those communications.
6B-1. SMS Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Club Allenby and Agent Matcha, including but not limited to:
• Event invitations, reminders, and follow-ups
• Matchmaking introductions and status updates
• Membership notifications and announcements
• Agent Matcha intake confirmations and post-date feedback requests
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.
US Recipients (TCPA): By providing your phone number, you provide prior express written consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded SMS messages from Club Allenby and Agent Matcha. Consent is not a condition of purchase. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. To re-subscribe, reply START.
To opt out of all SMS, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation. For assistance, email info@cluballenby.com.
6B-2. WhatsApp Communications
Club Allenby and Agent Matcha primarily communicate through WhatsApp. By providing your WhatsApp-enabled number and engaging with our services, you consent to receive WhatsApp messages including:
• Matchmaking introductions and updates
• Event information and RSVPs
• Agent Matcha intake confirmations, match notifications, and post-date follow-ups
• General membership communications
WhatsApp communications are sent via WhatsApp Business API in compliance with Meta’s messaging policies. You may opt out at any time by notifying us at info@cluballenby.com or blocking our number in WhatsApp.
International Recipients: If located outside the US, your use of WhatsApp is subject to applicable local regulations including GDPR (EEA), CASL (Canada), and applicable Israeli communications law. By engaging with our WhatsApp messages, you confirm you have legal capacity to consent in your jurisdiction.
6B-3. Email Communications
By submitting your email address through any Club Allenby or Agent Matcha touchpoint, you consent to receive emails including:
• Event invitations, announcements, and recaps
• Matchmaking profile updates and introductions
• Membership information and promotions
• Agent Matcha intake confirmations and follow-ups
• General newsletters and brand updates
US Recipients (CAN-SPAM): All commercial emails will identify Club Allenby as the sender, include a valid physical address, and provide an unsubscribe mechanism. Opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing info@cluballenby.com. Transactional emails related to active matchmaking introductions may still be sent after opting out of marketing.
EEA / UK Recipients (GDPR): We only send marketing emails where we have a lawful basis, including your explicit consent or legitimate interest. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact info@cluballenby.com.
Canadian Recipients (CASL): We only send commercial electronic messages where we have express or implied consent under CASL. Withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting info@cluballenby.com.
Israeli Recipients: Our email communications comply with the Israeli Communications Law (Bezeq and Broadcasts) and applicable data privacy regulations. Opt out at any time by contacting info@cluballenby.com.
6B-4. General Opt-Out Rights
You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time:
• SMS: Reply STOP to any text message
• WhatsApp: Notify us at info@cluballenby.com or block our number
• Email: Click unsubscribe in any email or contact info@cluballenby.com
Opting out of marketing does not opt you out of transactional messages related to your active matchmaking process or membership. To be removed from all communications and our database entirely, contact info@cluballenby.com in writing. We will process all requests within 10 business days.
7. How We Use Your Personal Information
We may use your personal data to:
• Provide access to membership and events
• Build and maintain your matchmaking profile via Club Allenby or Agent Matcha
• Share your profile with professional matchmakers or potential matches per your consent (see Section 2B)
• Process payments and manage transactions
• Respond to your inquiries or service requests
• Send newsletters, promotions, and event invitations
• Monitor usage and trends to improve offerings
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or misuse
7A. Data Security
Club Allenby uses secure third-party platforms and tools to collect, store, and manage your information. While no system can guarantee 100% security, we take appropriate administrative and technical precautions to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
We do not store payment information directly and rely on trusted payment processors and CRM tools that follow industry-standard encryption and compliance practices.
8. How We Share Your Personal Information
Your information may be shared with:
• Professional matchmakers: As described in Section 2B, your profile (excluding direct contact information) may be shared with matchmakers in our network for the purpose of facilitating introductions for their clients.
• Potential matches: Your profile may be shared with other singles in our database where a direct match has been identified.
• Third-party vendors: For payments, analytics, marketing services, or event coordination.
• Legal authorities: To comply with lawful requests or protect our legal rights.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Club Allenby or Agent Matcha assets.
We do not sell your personal information for profit.
9. Limitation of Liability
Club Allenby is not liable for:
• The results of introductions, matches, or dating experiences
• Any harm or loss resulting from user interactions
• Content or conduct of third parties, including professional matchmakers in our network
Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation — including continued inclusion in our database or use of Agent Matcha — indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration per Florida law.
13. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Club Allenby or Agent Matcha services, attend events, or be included in our matchmaking database. By submitting your information or engaging with our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Club Allenby reserves the right to remove any individual from our database upon discovering they do not meet this requirement.
14. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, AI-generated summaries, matchmaking profiles, databases, event materials, and other materials created by or for Club Allenby and Agent Matcha are the exclusive intellectual property of 1084 Events LLC. This includes but is not limited to the Club Allenby and Agent Matcha names, logos, trademarks, trade dress, and the Agent Matcha AI system.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Club Allenby or Agent Matcha content without our prior written consent. Any profile summaries, compatibility reports, or AI-generated content produced about you remain the property of 1084 Events LLC and are licensed to you for personal use only.
By submitting photos, information, or other content to Club Allenby or Agent Matcha, you grant 1084 Events LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our matchmaking and events services.
15. Warranty Disclaimer
Club Allenby and Agent Matcha services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
• Our services will result in a romantic match, relationship, or any particular outcome
• The information provided by other members or matches is accurate, complete, or current
• Agent Matcha’s AI-generated summaries or compatibility assessments will be error-free
• Our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors
Matchmaking is inherently uncertain. Club Allenby and Agent Matcha make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the success of any introduction or the suitability of any match. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1084 Events LLC, Club Allenby, Agent Matcha, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
• Your use of or participation in Club Allenby or Agent Matcha services
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any content or information you submit to Club Allenby or Agent Matcha
• Your interaction with any other member, match, or matchmaker through our platform
This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your membership or removal from our database.
17. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first provide Club Allenby with written notice of your dispute at info@cluballenby.com and allow 30 days for us to attempt to resolve the issue informally. This notice must describe the nature of the dispute and the relief you are seeking.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of notice, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, conducted in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Class Action Waiver: You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 1084 Events LLC, Club Allenby, or Agent Matcha. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity only. This waiver is a material condition of these Terms and cannot be severed from the arbitration agreement.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
18. Termination & Data Retention
Club Allenby or Agent Matcha may terminate or suspend your access to our services and database at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination or removal from our database:
• Your active matchmaking profile will be deactivated and no longer shared with matchmakers or potential matches
• We may retain your data for up to 24 months for legal, compliance, and fraud prevention purposes
• You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting info@cluballenby.com in writing
• Certain data may be retained beyond 24 months where required by applicable law or ongoing legal proceedings
EEA / UK users have the right to request erasure of their personal data under GDPR, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. To submit a data deletion request, contact info@cluballenby.com.
19. Force Majeure
Club Allenby and Agent Matcha shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our services arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, civil unrest, power outages, internet or platform disruptions, third-party service failures, or any other event that makes performance commercially impracticable.
In such circumstances, our obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected members and resume services as soon as practicable.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalid or unenforceable provision.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with Club Allenby or Agent Matcha (such as paid membership agreements or matchmaker subscription agreements), constitute the entire agreement between you and 1084 Events LLC regarding your use of our services.
These Terms supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, representations, warranties, and agreements between you and Club Allenby or Agent Matcha, whether written or oral, relating to your participation in our services. No modification of these Terms is effective unless made in writing and published by Club Allenby.
