By accessing or using the Club Allenby website, attending an event, submitting any form, or engaging with Club Allenby on social media platforms, you (“You,” “User,” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, entered into by and between you and 1084 Events LLC d/b/a Club Allenby (“Club Allenby”).
1. Participation & Profile Inclusion
By attending a Club Allenby event, filling out an intake form, joining a waitlist, or following us on Instagram or other platforms, you agree to be included in our internal events and matchmaking database. This means you may:
Be considered for curated matchmaking or event invitations
Receive email and SMS marketing, announcements, or reminders from Club Allenby
By submitting your information, you expressly consent to receive marketing and communication from Club Allenby. You may opt out or request profile removal at any time by contacting us at info@cluballenby.com.
2. Membership Overview
Club Allenby offers both free and paid tiers of membership to accommodate a variety of participation levels:
Free Membership: Anyone who attends an event, submits an intake form, or engages with our brand (e.g., via Instagram) is automatically added to our internal database and may receive invitations to events, access community updates, and be considered for matchmaking opportunities at Club Allenby’s discretion.
Paid Membership: Paid members receive elevated benefits, which may include access to curated matchmaking introductions, private or members-only events, feedback and support from our team, and priority consideration within our network.
All membership offerings, structures, and benefits are subject to change at any time at Club Allenby’s sole discretion. Participation in paid services may require an application, interview, or screening process. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
2A. Event Access & Discretion
Club Allenby reserves the right to accept or deny any individual from attending events or participating in services at its sole discretion. This includes removing attendees from guest lists, denying entry at the door, or revoking invitations — with or without prior notice.
Reasons for denied access may include, but are not limited to:
Violation of Club Allenby’s Code of Conduct
Prior inappropriate behavior or complaints
Overcapacity or curated guest list limitations
Failure to meet event-specific criteria (e.g., age, relationship status, membership tier)
All decisions are final and made in the best interest of the community experience.
3. Sexual Harassment & Liability
Club Allenby has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, intimidation, or misconduct. By participating in any events or services, you agree to behave respectfully toward others.
Club Allenby is not responsible for:
The behavior or background of other participants
The outcomes of personal interactions or romantic relationships
Any emotional, physical, or financial harm that may arise
All engagement with other participants is voluntary and at your own risk.
4. Media Consent & Photo Release
By attending Club Allenby events or participating in services, you grant permission for your likeness to be captured and used by Club Allenby for promotional and marketing purposes.
This includes use of:
Event photography and videography
Social media and website content
Advertising and press
You waive any right to compensation or approval. If you wish to request content removal, contact us with specific details. We will make reasonable efforts but cannot guarantee removal of already-published content.
4A. Social Media Features (Close Friends Story Consent)
As part of our community engagement, Club Allenby may feature select profiles on private Instagram "Close Friends" stories to highlight eligible singles from our network. This content is visible only to approved followers and is curated solely from individuals who have provided explicit consent during the intake process.
By opting in via your intake form, you grant Club Allenby permission to feature limited details (e.g., first name, city, age, brief description) and photos provided by you. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us in writing.
5. Code of Conduct
You agree to:
Treat all members, matches, and staff with courtesy
Provide honest and timely feedback when requested
Refrain from sharing private information or screenshots
Avoid any harassment, stalking, or inappropriate behavior
Violation of this section may result in immediate removal from the Club Allenby community.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your personal information and profile data are kept confidential and used only within the scope of Club Allenby’s services. You agree not to distribute or disclose other members’ information under any circumstance.
6A. Matchmaking Inclusion & Consent
By attending a Club Allenby event or submitting your information via an intake form, you understand that your profile may be considered for potential matches as part of our personalized matchmaking process for paid members.
If a compatibility match is identified, an automatic introduction email may be sent to both parties. This email includes:
Your first name
A curated profile summary based on the information you submitted
Photos provided through your intake form, taken at Club Allenby events, or publicly available on social media
Your contact information (email or phone number) is never shared without your prior written consent. If both parties express interest in connecting, Club Allenby will facilitate the next steps manually.
If you prefer not to be considered for matchmaking, you may opt out at any time by contacting us in writing. Sharing, screenshotting, or reaching out independently to someone you were introduced to via Club Allenby without our facilitation is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the network.
7. How We Use Your Personal Information
We may use your personal data to:
Provide access to membership and events
Process payments and manage transactions
Respond to your inquiries or service requests
Send newsletters, promotions, and event invitations
Monitor usage and trends to improve offerings
Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or misuse
7A. Data Security
Club Allenby uses secure third-party platforms and tools to collect, store, and manage your information. While no system can guarantee 100% security, we take appropriate administrative and technical precautions to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
We do not store payment information directly and rely on trusted payment processors and CRM tools that follow industry-standard encryption and compliance practices.
8. How We Share Your Personal Information
Your information may be shared with:
Third-party vendors: For payments, analytics, marketing services, or event coordination
Legal authorities: To comply with lawful requests or protect our legal rights
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Club Allenby assets

9. Limitation of Liability
Club Allenby is not liable for:
The results of introductions, matches, or dating experiences
Any harm or loss resulting from user interactions
Content or conduct of third parties
Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration per Florida law.
